My rental malfunctioned during test-shoot/on set. What are my options?

Replacing/Refunding the rental before your return
If you're on set and a piece of equipment seems to be malfunctioning, send an email ASAP to Contact Us explaining the situation in as much detail as possible. If possible, we will coordinate with you to bring the equipment in for testing. If the piece(s) of equipment continue to malfunction, we will issue a full refund, and if possible, trade out the equipment at no cost to the renter for the remaining length of the rental.

Refunding the rental after your return
If you're on set and a piece of equipment seems to be malfunctioning, send an email ASAP to Contact Us explaining the situation in as much detail as possible. Upon your return, we will test the equipment in question for malfunction. If the equipment continues malfunctioning, we will refund in full the total cost of the malfunctioning piece(s) of equipment.
