OFFICIAL REFUND POLICIES

FULL REFUND POLICY
MFDP Rentals will refund in full any rental canceled at least 24 hrs before said rental's confirmed pick up date.

(eg. A rental scheduled for January 8th must be cancelled and by January 6nd at 11:59pm to be refunded in full.)


PARTIAL REFUND POLICY
MFDP Rentals will refund in part rentals canceled within 24 hrs of said rental's confirmed pick up date. Rentals canceled within 24 hrs of the confirmed pick up date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to a 1 day rental (prorated off the 3 day rate) for all equipment charged to the card. This charge exists to cover prep, testing, and packaging costs of the cancelled rental.

(eg. A rental scheduled for January 8th must be cancelled and by January 7nd at 11:59pm to be refunded in part.)


NO REFUND POLICY
MFDP Rentals will not refund rentals canceled on or after the rental's confirmed pick up date.  Renter will be charged full rental price for each day the rental is not cancelled, with a 3 day minimum.

(eg. A rental scheduled for January 8th which is cancelled on January 8th will be charged the full price of the rental for the minimum 3 day rental period. A rental scheduled for January 8th which is cancelled on January 11th will be charged the full price of the rental for all 4 days of the un-cancelled rental period.)


NO REFUND POLICY
MFDP Rentals will NOT refund any UNCONFIRMED rental purchases, and is NOT responsible for guaranteeing any equipment availability for any UNCONFIRMED rental. We will nonetheless work with you to either change the date of your rental to fit our equipment calendar, or create the best possible equipment options on the dates you need the gear for.
