RENTAL RETURNS POLICY


Canceling Your Rental

Renters may cancel their rental for a full refund, if the cancellation is processed at least 24 hours before the confirmed pick-up date. If a rental is canceled less than 24 hrs before the scheduled pick-up date, the Renter will be charged a cancellation fee equal to a 1 day rental (prorated off the 3 day rate) for all equipment charged to the card. This charge exists to cover prep, testing, and packaging costs of the cancelled rental.

Cancellations for MFDP Members:
MFDP Members may cancel their rental AT NO COST any time before the scheduled pick up date.


Replacing/Refunding the rental before your return

In the event of equipment malfunctioning, the renter may seek a refund and/or replacement for the malfunctioning equipment, subject to malfunction testing by MFDP Admin. Any equipment found to not function properly, and which do not exhibit any additional damage not noted by the equipment checkout report administrated during the rental pickup process, will be refunded in full.

If equipment is found in properly working order by MFDP Admin, the renter may be returned the equipment in question is s/he chooses, and will be charged the full amount of the rental as originally intended.

If equipment is found to not function properly, the renter will be entitled, if possible, to exchange the equipment at no cost to the renter for the remaining length of the rental.

In the event of proof as determined by MFDP Admin of additional damage not noted by the equipment checkout report administrated during the rental pickup process, the renter shall not be refunded any part of the purchase in question, and shall be liable for all damages incurred the equipment not noted in the equipment checkout report pertaining to said rental in question.
